Whoop! A new series by Melanie Moreland. She's actually one of my favorite authors and I always enjoy reading her writing.. and was so excited when I knew she is starting a new series starting with Bentley.
This is a very sweet opposite-attract type of story. It starts with Bentley, a seemingly stern and rigid businessman who meets Emmy at a coffee shop. She is very different from him, with quirk and sass and overall very unique. You would think while first reading that they wouldn't be right together, but I was so wrong! I actually enjoy Emmy's sass and she is very outgoing, and how she is with Bentley. Another thing I love about this book is the secondary characters, Bentley's best friends, Aiden and Maddox. I can't wait to read about their story and finish this series :)
I do hope that this book have an epilogue, because I always love a good heartwarming romance with a great epilogue to wrap it up.. but I guess with this being a series, you can always read about them in the future books. All in all, a great read for me!
