REVIEW: Dirty Filthy Fix by Laurelin Paige

REVIEW:
OKAY. I'M FANNING MYSELF RIGHT. NOW! Whatever you do, please make sure nobody is near because this book will make you flush! Lol

I've loved all of Laurelin Paige's work to date, and this book is no different. This story is very different from what she's written before, and the characters in this story is one I've never encountered (which is saying something, because I've read A LOT of books!). The story is about Trish, Hudson Pierce's secretary who has a dirty..dirty..secret. She loves going to a sex party every weekend, and nobody knows it's her they're meeting the monday after because of the fact she wore mask.

Then comes Nathan Sinclair. The man she met and can't stop thinking about. He's gorgeous, and.. he's her boss' business partner. This novella is very very different from the usual boy-meets-girl fairytale romance. If you're in the mood for something out of the box, go for it!

Personally, I don't share Trish's or Nathan's view on relationship, but then again I'm a very traditional person, and what works for them may not work for MY taste. Just keep that in mind. They're not my favorite Laurelin's couple (That's Hudson and Alayna for sure!) but I love reading about them and looking at glimpses of Hudson and Alayna's life today (bonus!).

It's a very fun read and I love every second of it. Totally recommend it for people in a book funk and would love to read something more dirty and different.

I dived into this series knowing I willl love everything that Laurelin Paige writes.. but I am still blown away by how much I love her writing style, her characters, and her plot line. Everything about this series; I LOVE!

This book is the continuation of Sabrina Lind and Donovan Kincaid's story that begun in Dirty Filthy Rich Boys (Prologue novella). There are secrets in the Dirty Filthy Rich Men that we discovered right at the end of the book, and this book dived right in. I have to say, Sabrina is one of my favorite heroine that Laurelin has written, with a lot of emotional baggage and complication. I love how Sabrina and Donovan is, how their love story is all about acceptance and being able to truly wholeheartedly love someone despite their flaws. I. Just. Love. This. Book!

Donovan is a very mysterious character for me, but I love him more than I love Sabrina in this book (I think. LOL.). They are just bound to be with each other right from the start of the journey in more ways than one, and I love how the mysteries unfold in this book. Donovan is unapologetical villain, and I love that about him. We get to see another side of Donovan in this book too, the uncertain, not-so-self-assured side of him

I would definitely recommend this book if you're looking for an erotic romance that's darker.. or just a romance lover in general.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men by Laurelin Paige

OMG OMG OMG! I just finished probably Laurelin's latest best work yet! But then again I'm biased since I love ALL her books!

The prequel of the duet, Dirty Filthy Rich Boys opens up to Sabrina's attraction towards Weston King, the college star. However, she ended up in the arms of Donovan Kincaid, his best friend and her teacher's assistant.

Dirty Filthy Rich Men opens up to their story a decade after Sabrina and Donovan & Weston's last encounter. Sabrina meets Weston and (again) gained his interest, so they spend a weekend doing dirty dirty things.. However, it's Donovan that Sabrina can't help but wonder about (not that she will admit that!)

This book is an epic Laurelin Paige classic with amazing heroes and heroine, storyline, and it just delivers. You will just love Donovan and how damaged of a hero he is. Weston is a very sweet and funny character you can't help but love too. Thankfully this is not a traditional love triangle where you can't help who you wanted Sabrina to end up with (which I love). It's great for non-triangle-readers.

Now the ending though.. Can't wait to see what happens next! I am on a book hangover.

Dirty Filthy Rich Boys by Laurelin Paige

Another Laurelin Paige book, another 5 Star review. Nuff said.

When Laurelin Paige announced that she was going to publish an whole new series of dirty filthy rich men, OF COURSE I just can't keep my calm and dove straight to reading after receiving the ARC.

This book is the prequel that sets the next books in the series in motion, where you meet Sabrina, Weston, and Donovan. Sabrina is the kind of heroine that I just knew I will love (like any other heroines Laurelin Paige writes) and I love reading her internal musings. Donovan.. just can't help but love his intensity, even though the book started with Sabrina adoring Weston.

This novella is set in the *before* type of timeline, where the heroes and heroine are still in college. It ends just right to when Sabrina is going to meet Donovan and Weston again for the first time after many years which dangle readers with what's to come, and I can't wait to read into the first book, Dirty Filthy Rich Men! March just can't come soon enough
