A.L. Jackson is truly one of my favorite authors to date, and I am always hooked on her writing ever since I read Take This Regret boxed set a year ago.
Stay is the fifth book in a standalone series of Bleeding Stars, with the story of Ash Evans. In the previous book, particularly on Wait, you meet Ash on a deeper level which sets the tone for this book and his struggles.
This is an amazing book to read with funny encounters, but also has depth and the angst with the hero and heroine's past struggle that overcome their fear. In the beginning of the book, we see Ash as the life of the party and an easygoing guy as he watches his bandmates find love. However, one unfortunate night he had an accident in which he finds himself indebted to Willow Langston.
This is where the story starts and I have to tell you it's such a swoony feeling reading them interact to each other. I love this book as it does not just focus on the romance, but their friendship and family struggles too. I love the hero and heroine, and I just love the ending. Overall, this is a very good read for me!
*4 out of 5 (Bleeding) Stars!*
