Park Avenue Prince by Louise Bay

Another favorite from Louise Bay!

Park Avenue Prince opens up to Grace Astor, a new gallery-owner and Sam Shaw, a real estate investor meeting on Grace's gallery exhibition while Sam was with his art dealer. Their meeting left them thinking about each other, despite Grace's hesitancy of Sam because of Grace's background growing up as a park avenue princess and wanting something different from what she knows.

This book is told from both the hero and heroine's POV, so we can understand fully what they're going through and the struggles they face as they discover a new territory of having something they both wanted at the very last.

I love their relationship, and how fitting Grace and Sam is. Throughout the book everything is going smoothly and I love how realistic their problems are, that readers can somehow relate to them. Anyway, it is a relatively fast-paced swoony light-read romantic book with amazing epilogue at the end. If only every book ends with epilogues like this, I will die and go to book heaven. LOL!
